Our weighted vests are always delivered with the number of weight inserts as specified in the product description.
If you would like to make your vest heavier, you can add extra individual inserts during the ordering process.

You can also order separate weight inserts here in a set of 10 pieces.
As a single order we do not ship quantities smaller than 10 pieces.

Each insert weighs 100 g and is designed for the daily weighted vest.
The inserts are filled with natural granulate.
